How long will my project take?

On average, a logo or website can range from 4-12 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. However, we understand the hustle needed to hit product launches or grand openings. Let us know your timeline, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How much does a logo package and website cost?

Pricing is highly subjective to project size, timeline, and complexity. Most of our projects start at $5,000. However, if you're a small shop or new business with a modest budget, please reach out anyway and we'll see what we can do for you!

What platform do you use to build websites?

We build websites exclusively with Webflow because it gives us the greatest control over the design of your site, while being able to build efficiently.

Who maintains my website going forward?

Most clients prefer that we maintain and make updates to their site as needed. We bill these updates at our hourly rate and only charge for the time the edits require—no monthly maintenance cost and no "use it or lose it" hour minimums.

However, if you'd like us to train you how to make simple updates (like adding blog posts or updating the team list), we can schedule a training for your team after the launch of your website.

What does my visual identity package include?

After you've approved your final logo and design elements, you receive a digital folder with a PDF of your visual identity guidelines, which explains how to use your new branding. You will also receive a favicon, light and dark versions of your logo, vector and raster versions of your logo in all the appropriate layouts and colors, and any vector illustrations we've created as part of your brand. It may feel like a lot, but we want to make sure you have every file format you may need going forward!
